At Disc Jockey Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
