Do you offer a warranty on DJ equipment?
Yes, all new hardware comes with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for high-end mixers, controllers, and turntables.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that software, headphones, and stylus needles must be in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a full refund due to hygiene and licensing regulations.

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
