These recordings were made by Ravi Shankar for Satyajit Ray's 1955-1959 films that constitute "The Apu Trilogy" and were not performed nor produced by Satyajit Ray, the tracks do include incidental dialogue from the films. These recordings previously appeared on the 1978 LP [r12912038.
